    Fixes a hang where the app would stall indefinitely after Plex sync
    started and never schedule the next run.

    • Fix Plex sync hang caused by unbounded p-queue
    • Letterboxd and Serializd pipelines now run in parallel; Plex runs once at the end
    • Newly added items skip Plex tagging and are picked up on the next run
    • Three Letterboxd scrapers collapsed into one
    • retry now uses exponential backoff with per-attempt timeouts
    • Fixed Serializd public list parsing
